Z Botanica by Nicsmann @ 1 Utama

April 6, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

A new hype place in 1 Utama is here! Located at the new wing of 1 Utama, Z Botanica by Nicsmann indeed a great place to visit to enjoy scrumptious meals and music in one place.  The restaurant brings you with the cosy ambience, nice food and also insta-friendly place to gather around with friends or family.

Opened just not long, Z Botanica by Nicsmann had grab our attention with their splendid menu as well as a nice space where they have the indoor and outdoor sitting which is simply relaxing. Going thru the menu, they are pretty extensive where they offer wide choices of eateries from tapas, pasta, pizzas and many more.

Crispy Calamari Ring with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce (RM 29)

We started off with their signature tapas which is the Crispy Calamari Ring with Salted Egg Yolk. The dish comes simply scrumptious and addictive where the calamari is being deep fried till golden brown with the salted egg yolk sauce. Simply addictive!

Z Botanica Wild Mushroom Soup

One can enjoy the wholesome bowl of mushroom soup which comes amazingly good. The mushroom soup is comes simply flavourful and they are crafted with made from 5 types of mushroom in it – Shitake, Oyster, Shimiji, White and Brown Button Mushroom)

Angel Hair Pasta with Lobster Tail (RM 39)

Another must try is their Angel Hair Pasta with Lobster Tail. It is one of the signature here where the angel hair pasta is being cook al-dente and then it is served with the grilled lobster tail and topped with the creamy lobster bisque sauce and topped with the generous ebiko on top. It is simply delicious and each mouthful are packed with aromatic and flavourful flavours from the lobster.

Combo Grilled Scallop, Salmon and Tiger Prawn (RM50)

Using the Chef’s Secret Recipe, one definitely will fall in love with the Combo Grilled Scallop, Salmon and Tiger Prawns. The set is definitely a MUST to go for where each seafood items are freshly grilled and served with their signature ginger and coriander aioli with it.

The BLT Angus Tenderloin (200gms) (RM 179)

If you are not a seafood lover, their beef and lamb dish are awesomely delicious too! We had The BLT Angus Tenderloin (200gms) which is beautifully grilled till perfection. We love how it is done where each mouthful is a perfect indulgence and the meat is so juicy and brings you with the melts in the mouth sensation. It is sides together with the garden greens and the roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

For those who are looking to spend their buka puasa at Z Botanica by Nicsmann; one can enjoy the specially curated  delectable menu by their Chef in this holy month. The set comes with:
