Warisan Kita by Serena Brasserie, Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur

As the holy month approaches, the chefs of Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be taking you a trip down a memory lane and bringing you the awesome nostalgic spread with their Warisan Kita buffet spread at Serene Brasserie, from 03 April -1 May2022. One can indulge in the finest recipes that you can enjoy to the fullest. 

Start your buffet spread with the wide choices of tempting kerabus together with their signature Gado Gado Abang Beca. It comes with the Cucur Udang, Cucur Manis, Sengkuang, Timun, Tahu and many more. 

After savoring the wide variety of kerabus and all, dig in and enjoy their main course and some of a MUST to go for includes their Pasta Goreng Kawah Cucu Bonda which is their fusion Mee Goreng. They also do have Nasi Kukus Balqish featuring the Kari Kepak Barramundi and the Ayam Tok Nek. Asides from that, one can enjoy the Nasi Dage Rayo which comes with the Gulai Ikan Tongkol together with the Ayam Pasu, Jelatah dan Telor Rebus. 

Love some Ikan Bakar? They do have Ikan Bakar counter where one can savour the awesomeliicious choices of fish in one goal. Pamper yourself with the ikan pari, kembong, cencaru dan sotong sumbat that is awesomely good and delicious.They are fresh and perfectly grilled till perfection. 

Fancy Spit Roasted, Whole Lamb, Succulent and Tender? Take a try of their signature “Kambing Golek 7ujuhKeturunan”. This is a signature dish that you definitely love to the fullest. The specially marinated sauce has been shared over 7 generations and hence the name. The lamb is served with the choice of Percik Sauce or Rosemary Sauce with a variety of roasted vegetables and potatoes. 

They also have wide variety of delights which include Mee Goreng Mamak, Udang Berlada, Gulai Kawah Bonda, Patin Tempoyak Termeloh, Pucuk Ubi Lemak Kuning, and many more. 

Ends your meal with their awesomelicious desserts which includes the Nyonya and Malay Kueh, Kuih Seri Muka Pandan, Kuih Lapis, Dodol, Tapai Ubi , Kuih Loyang, Assorted French Pasteries and many more.
