Embodying the spirit of #MalaysiaDiHatiku

September 20, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

 As we move past Merdeka and Malaysia Day, Samsung’s #MalaysiaDiHatiku campaign has concluded. Many Malaysians shared their uplifting videos and messages to express their hope for the nation. Given this outpouring of love and support, Samsung has decided to include two additional winners, for a total of five. Now four winners will take home one Galaxy A32 each and one winner will take home one Galaxy Buds Pro, so they can continue creating thoughtful messages to share with fellow Malaysians.

The campaign called on participants to share their love and hope for the country by recording themselves singing alongside the artists featured in the Malaysia Di Hatiku song and leaving a hopeful message on the social media platform, TikTok. The Malaysia Di Hatiku song, which was released by Universal Music Malaysia last month, brought together the musical talents of hip-hop artist Yonnyboii, Tabby from rising girl group Dolla and duo-rappers Kmy Kmo and Luca Sickta.

The winners of the campaign were chosen based on their ability to represent the #MalaysiaDiHatiku spirit of unity and goodwill. This hope was a key objective of the campaign which sought to remind everyone that, though we are going through a challenging time in the history of the nation, we stand strong together in the spirit of Malaysia Boleh!

The winners are:

@cleopark

@azzmeirmusic

@shaharieazhar

@naddyzahari

@ahhoksipehhensem

To watch the winners’ videos, and the videos and messages of unity from other participants, do visit the TikTok social media platform and search under Hashtag category for #MalaysiaDiHatiku and #SamsungMalaysia.

As part of the campaign finale, Universal Music Malaysia also released the music video of Malaysia Di Hatiku. You can watch music video here: https://youtu.be/s9hbCRcY920
