Palsaik Korean BBQ @ Sunway Velocity Mall

April 20, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

It is our first time visiting Palsaik and we are in love with the whole experience. In Korean Palsaik [pa:sek] means ‘eight colours’. Samgyupsal [sam. gui. sa:k] is the Korean word for pork belly. As such Palsaik Samgyupsal means eight coloured pork belly.

By its name, we can tell that the highlights are their eight coloured pork belly. And now, they are here at Sunway Velocity Mall. Palsaik brings you a cosy ambience and here, we are pleased with the overall experience. With ample sitting space and they are helpers to grill your meat, this is definitely a return for me!

Palsaik Pork Belly Set  (RM 138)

At Palsaik,  a must to try is the eight flavours meat which are ginseng, wine, garlic, herb, curry, miso paste and hot pepper . All the colour is naturally-derived, making the pork served at Palsaik 100% natural and free from colouring and any synthetic flavour additives. This time, we ordered Palsaik Pork Belly Set which is one of their signature here.

The set comes with the 8 flavours of pork belly (600g) together with the soup of your choice where you can enjoy the clear clam soup, seafood soy bean paste soup or kimchi soup.  The meat comes simply delicious and juicy. Each of them is beautifully grilled and each mouthful comes sinfully addictive.

Seafood Pancake (RM 28)

The Seafood Pancake is worth the order. The fluffy batter together with the fresh and delicious seafood. They are just so good that we would love to order another of it.

Sweet Chili Prawn (RM 35)

You can now enjoy their sweet chili prawn which is being battered , deep fried and topped with the sweet chili sauce. It complete with the bursting spicinesss with it.

For those who are looking for an awesomelicious Korean bbq place, Palsaik is definitely the worthy place to visit
