April 23, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

It is time to visit Memang Meow for an affordable Malaysian delight. The local home grown brand had boost over 20 stores across Malaysia bringing you delicious and yet affordable Malaysian delights.

Nowadays, many of us are getting more cautious on our spending and Memang Meow is indeed a place to visit with family and friends as their meals are less than RM 10. Being a big fans of local delights, we visited one of their outlet which is at Melawati Mall.

Nasi Lemak + Coffee / Teh Tarik or Nescafe (RM 5.90)

In here, one can enjoy the hearty and yet generous portion of nasi lemak at only RM 5.90 with a drink. The nasi lemak comes really good where it is fragrantly done with the hint of coconut milk in it and drenched with the spicy sambal on top and sides with the egg. The rice is perfectly cooked till perfection and  I love the aromatic blend of santan in it.

Kuey Teow Tomyam Goreng + Selected Drinks (RM 9.90)

You can also go for their Kuey Teow Tomyam Goreng as well here. They are also delicious with wok-hei in it.

Chee Cheong Fan with Drinks (RM 9.90)

They do serve chee cheong fan too. The beautifully prepared cheong fan is served with the generous sweet paste in it and also with loads of deep-fried shallots. It makes the overall dish so good especially the shallots that enhance the overall taste of it.

Combo C : Rice Noodles With YTF (RM 12.90)

If you are looking for a more luxury chee cheong fan, you can go for their yong tau fu chee cheong fun. It comes with the generous portion of cheong fun with added yong tau fu in it. They are just as good as it is. Deliciously done and worthy for the add-ons.

Oden Combo C (RM 12.90)

Not just that, they do serve oden as well. In here, they do have a varies of oden from RM 9.90 onwards. This time, we tried the Oden Combo C where they come with 1 Fried Fish Ball, 1 Korean Premium Fish, 1 King Crab Chunk and noodles in it. It is also sides with a cup of drink. As for the flavours, they comes with the wide choices of flavours which includes tomyam, premium oden soup as well as the curry soup. The oden comes with the flavourful soup and every sip is bursting with the spiciness and the umph from the tomyam.

And of course, one can pair your drinks with their range of milk tea with additional RM 1 for the Meow Meow Fresh Milk with Brown Sugar Pearls, Meow Meow Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Pearls, Original Pearl Milk Tea and the Sirap Bandung Cincau Milk Tea.

As for their signature Meow Meow Cendol with Gula Melaka and Red Bean, Meow Meow Dark Chocolate with Pearls and the Milo Sekolah Rendah, you need to topup at RM 2.00.

The drinks are available ala-carte where you can have them from RM 6.90 for the milk tea or RM 9.90 for their smoothies selections. MUST try is their Meow Meow Milk Tea with Brown Sugar where each sip is complete with superb indulgence and the pearls comes with the qq texture in it. They are just perfect at anytime as the tea are pretty smooth too.

And now they do have a great promotion running where one can enjoy a Buy 1 and Get the second one at 50%.

And in Memang Meow, they do offer a wide variety of kuih as well. One can actually grab their sweet and deliciously made Nyonya Kuih selection from the Kuih Talam, Kuih Lapis, kuih koci and more.

And of course, for those who prefer some light bites, they do offer some of the toasted bread as well. You can now enjoy the wholesome combo set which includes a cup of coffee, toasted bread with half boiled egg at only RM 9.90
