John Authentic Foods: Delicious Wanton at Home Anytime!

April 16, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

John Authentic Foods captured my attention when I received them today. I had never thought that wanton packaging is so nice and elegant. They had indeed put loads of hardwork and passion to make it so nice and when I received them, I can say I am totally impressed.

Working with the famous illustrator @mogu.artist ; they had come up with the series of illustration which is well theme with their products. Well, the presentation had definitely won my heart when I first received them for sure.

John Authentic Food had been established back in 2015 after the high demand of quality local delicacies which is the wanton noodles. As so John had comes up with this concept where  one can enjoy the hand made wonton, wonton noodles and more from home at anytime easily.

And in John Authentic Food, it is good to book your order in advance as they definitely make it fresh so you can have the best quality ever presented on your table. And in here, they had come up with the series of selections  to go for. The selection includes the Cuttlefish Meatball, Seaweed Meatball, Mushroom Meatball, Prawn Wonton, Pork Dumpling, Specialty Chili Sauce, Crispy Fried Shallots, Prawn Oil, Tender Egg Noodles and also the Prawn Broth.

What I love is their product DOES NOT contain any pigments, borax as well as no preservative. With this; I am assured that I am giving the best to my family.

And this time, we make our own wanton noodles from home in minutes and it is so simple with John Authentic Food. What we do is to blench the ingredients and the noodles. Pour the prawn broth into the pot and let it boiled. We add in some prawn oil and it is superbly fragrant. After that, we just add in the noodles and ingredient to cook a while and it is done. I can say with John Authentic Food, I can enjoy the awesome wonton noodles in less than 10 minutes.

The ingredients are so fresh and I love the wonton so much where it is so juicy and pulpy too. The same goes for their pork dumpling. As for the Cuttle Fish Meatball, they are indeed our family favourite as well as it comes so juicy and has the qq texture.

If you are looking for some delighting home cook wonton and balls, this is the place to look forward. You can whats app them at 012-633 8812 or for more information, you can checkout their social media page

Note : free delivery for order RM100 & above.
