Nobu Kuala Lumpur is now at Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur

March 26, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

Nobu Kuala Lumpur has finally opened it doors again with the new look at Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. This comes six years after the brand launched Southeast Asia’s first Nobu at Menara 3 Petronas. The new restaurant has exciting features that will elevate the guest experience like never before with a more accessible location, private dining rooms, state-of-the-art kitchen and an all-new Sake Room.

Located at Level 4A, the new restaurant presents an easy and convenient journey from entering Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur to being seated at your table. Choose from either the valet service at the lobby or car parking followed by a short elevator ride to Level 4A that will bring you right outside the doors of the Japanese-Peruvian restaurant in under two minutes. Upon arrival you’ll find a lovely view of the KLCC Park with the iconic water fountain that lights up at night to accompany you as you indulge in Nobu’s signature dishes. Muslim guests will be pleased to know that there are suraus conveniently located at both Level 2 and Level 4A.

And being in Nobu, one must try some of their signatures. We started off with the Moriawase which comes with the 3 signatures of Nobu- Oyster Nobu Sauces, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno and Sashimi Salad.  The dish comes sinfully delicious and every mouthful is so good. I am loving how they are made especially the Yellowtail Sashimi which give you with the melts in the mouth sensation.

Foie Gras with Yuzu Marmalade

Asides from that the Foie Gras with the Yuzu Marmalade are impressively good as well. The fragrant foie gras which brings you with the melts in the mouth sensation combining with the yuzu marmalade that enhanced the overall taste. What’s more is they are beautifully served on the Sakura monaka which makes a touch of spring in it.

Nobu Style Sushi

Nothing beats the Nobu Style Sushi. The beautifully curated sushi which comes impressive beautiful at the sight as well as the sushi comes completely fresh and delicious. The sushi are beautifully curated with the freshest ingredient and we love them so much!

Black Cod Miso

The Black Cod Miso is the signature of Nobu and this is a must to try whenever you are at Nobu. With the flaky meat of the cod; they are superbly delicious and addictive. Each mouthful is so good and delicious.

Tenderloin Truffle Teriyaki

A beautiful cut of goodness! Each cut completes with the awesome-licious flavourful bites of the meat. The meat comes sinfully delicious which makes it to our family favourites where every bites of the meat comes simply juicy.

Ends your meal with their Nobu Cheesecake. The Nobu Cheesecake comes amazingly good where they comes with the velvety texture of the cake and it give you with the melts in the mouth sensation.

So, why not visit them now at their newly opened Nobu @ Four Seasons KL
