Celebrate Chinese New Year at Unique Seafood

January 23, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

Chinese New Year is coming soon and every time, we have dilemma where to go when we are looking for some private room dining with pork free. Unique Seafood is definitely a place to go for where they come with the huge dining space as well as loads of private rooms to cater to your need.

Chinese New Year is no way not to start with yee sang. And this time, one can enjoy the wide variety of Yee Sang from Unique Seafood where they have the choices from the Abalone Yee Sang, Salmon and Snow Pear Yee Sang, Salmon Yee Sang and Jelly Fish Yee Sang.  Toss for a better and prosperity now with the Salmon Yee Sang for this year.

Golden Ox Prosperity Poon Choy

And this year, Unique Seafood also bring s you with their Golden Ox Prosperity Poon Choy where they come with the generous portions of ingredients which includes the Braised 10 -Head Abalone with the Japan Premium Dried Scallop, Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, Tiger Prawns, Roasted Chicken, Smoked Duck and other premium ingredients in it. They are beautifully garnished with the Chef’s Special Golden Superior Soup which definitely makes it a great dish to start off the year.

Poached Tiger Prawns

Moving on, we enjoyed their Poached Tiger Prawns where the tiger prawns are catch upon order from their tank. They are then beautifully poached and the taste is amazingly good. The sweetness and aromatic flavours from the prawns are well enhanced. Yummz

Baked Indonesia Big Meat Crab with Salted Egg Yolk

Filled up your tummy with their awesomely prepared Big Meat Crab which is stir fried with the aromatic Salted Egg Yolk in it. The dish is absolutely delicious where the meat is fresh and they are beautifully coated with the salted egg yolk in it.

Steamed Scotland Scallop with Minced Garlic & Vermicelli

One of the must to go for here is definitely their Steamed Scotland Scallop which is so juicy. They are awesomely good where each mouthful of the scallop is really so juicy. Topped with the generous minced garlic

Fried Kepah Clam with Dried Shrimp & Chili Padi

It is one of the must here too. The dish comes with the burst of light spiciness and  aromatic hint from the dried shrimp. They are absolutely our favourite as we whipped up in minutes.

For those who are looking for a pleasant dining experience at  Unique Seafood, time to book your table or you can order your delivery from Restaurant Unique Seafood PJ 23. Call them at 016-2104266 and whats app 017-2123619
