Sauce Lab : Homemade Sauce with Love

December 9, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Recently, while scrolling on our Instagram, we found a #homemade sauce – The Sauce Lab which featured a wide variety of sauces. Well, it is always hard to get the right sauce for Grace especially she is a big fans of pastas. And this time, I decided to take a try with The Sauce Lab and Grace approved it.

We tried 3 of their sauces which is the Pesto Sauce, Tomato Marinara Sauce and also the Sambal Belachan for this time. The Tomata Marinara Sauce is a surprise to us where they are indeed fragrant, creamy and yet delicious. They are perfectly paired with the pasta just as it is but this time, we made our Seafood Marinara with it and they are so good that Grace whipped the bowl of pasta in no time.

As for the Basil Pesto, they goes well with the pasta for my hubs and you can also use them to marinate and roast your meat with it. I made the seafood basil pesto spaghetti and they are so fragrant with the lovely basil taste in it. The dish is impressively good and I can whipped my dishes up easily for the family now with the sauce.

The Sambal Belachan is a must to order as well. If you are a big fans of spiciness, this is a good one. I usually made my own as I can’t find the one I love but Sauce Lab made it to my list with the aromatic sambal belachan. Using the premium belachan toasted and blend together, the sambal belachan is so good where I don’t mind having more of it.

Asides from the 3 choices I ordered, they do have other varieties like Roasted Garlic Aioli, Ginger Scallion Oil, Beetroot Hummus, Japanese Tartar, Roasted Chili and Garlic Oil, Salted Miso Caramel, XO Sauce and also Truffle Butter.

They are priced at RM 18 for a jar, RM50 for 3 jars, and RM 70 for 5 jar. For the Avocado Hummus , add RM 5, XO Suace add RM 10 and Truffle Butter add RM 30.

And now you can contact them at wa.link/emi3wg or whatsapp 017-2453 363 to purchase your favourite sauce or for more information; checkout their Instagram @ https://www.instagram.com/saucelabmy/
