FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA FOR THE FAMILY AT SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, KUALA LUMPUR

November 11, 2020 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Promotion Leave a Comment

The Festive season is approaching, and we can’t think of any better way to celebrate than to catch up with loved ones in cozy surroundings over a deliciously assembled Afternoon Tea. This age-old pastime is one of the famous Festive traditions and at Lobby Lounge, we look to embrace that through a sophisticated Festive Afternoon Tea that serves for both adults and children.

Start your delightful soirée with scrumptious savouries, consisting of Five Spiced Duck, Foie Gras Parfait and Onion Jam with Brioche, Lobster Salad in Saffron Roll with Caviar Cream and Smoke Salmon with Avocado Roll.

Fans of sweet delights can look forward to a range of intricately designed desserts: White Christmas Ball, White Forest Chocolate, Mixed Fruit Financier, Milk Chocolate Passion Fruit Yule Log and Chestnut Mont Blanc.

Admire the grand yet tranquil setting Lobby Lounge whilst you savour warm buttery homemade Currant and Candied Orange Scones accompanied with Raspberry Jam, Lemon Curd and Clotted Cream. Each set comes with a choice of a hot cup of coffee or tea.

Specially made for the little VIPs, our pastry team conjured up an exclusive Kid’s Festive Afternoon Tea spread for the little ones to enjoy. Savoury selections include Cheese and Turkey Sandwich Stack with Cranberry Mayo, Chocolate Crepe and Prawn Cocktail Roll and Crispy Pita and Guacamole.

For that sugar rush every kid dream of, indulge in 3 Spheres of White Chocolate, White Chocolate Coconut Macaron, Chocolate Brownie, Black Forest Cupcake, Gingerbread Man and Red Christmas Ball.

The Festive Afternoon Tea menu is available at the Lobby Lounge from 1 November to 31 December, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Priced at RM75 nett per person and RM145 nett per person with one glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Digital voucher is available at www.shangri-laspecials.com for RM71 nett per person. Whilst the Kid’s Festive Afternoon Tea is priced at RM45 nett per child.

As we look to continue servicing our guests during these trying times, the Festive Afternoon Tea is also available for delivery and takeaway during the same period. Priced at RM68 nett per set, enjoy the delicious treats at the comforts of your own homes.

For reservations or inquiries, please call 03-2074 3900, WhatsApp 019-390 2257 or email [email protected]. Visit our online store at www.shangri-laspecials.com.
