Celebrate your Mid Autumn with Yue, Sheraton Hotel PJ

September 13, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

In conjunction with the Mid Autumn Festival, Yue @ Sheraton PJ brings you with tantalizing dining experience where you can enjoy a great meals with your friends and family and enjoying their delicious specially curated menu for this Mid Autumn Festival. And this time around, one can have a great time with family and do not need to cook anymore where you can visit Yue to enjoy their delicious spread of meal with mooncake.

Spend your time with Yue now where you can enjoy the 2 options of 8-course menu to be enjoyed for a month starting 3 September until 3 October 2020 with a starting price of RM1,188 per set. And this time, the chef had curated their special highlights for us to try.

We started off with their Signature Imperial Smoked Duck Wrapped with the egg pancake and “Peking” Sauce. It is one of the signature dishes of Yue, and this time we have them wrapped with egg pancake instead of popiah skin. The dish is impressive where every mouthful of it is juicy and with the fragrant aromatic blend of the duck meat in it!

The “Chef’s Special” Double Boiled Chinese Herbal Soup Served in Teapot is simply an interesting combination. You can enjoy the hot soup served in the teapot and it is double boiled for hours. I love the hearty bowl of soup which is packed with the all the nutrition. And inside, you can find cordyceps, abalone and dried scallops in it.

Baked Cod Fish Topped with Wasabi and Chef’s Special Sauce is another must have here. I love the awesomely prepared cod fish where the meat comes simply flaky and they are topped with the little twist of wasabi and Chef’s Special Sauce in it.

We ends our meal with their Fried Egg with Egg White and crispy dried scallop.

Never say no to their desserts. And one of the must to try is their chilled fresh mango cream with milk and sago. They are nicely done, not overly sweet but it is such a perfect tastebuds.

Ends your meal of course with their mooncake. Sheraton Imperial complete your Mid Autumn with their deliciously beautiful boxes come with 4 traditionally baked mooncakes – Pure Lotus Paste, White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk, Baked Pandan Paste with Single Yolk and Bakes Red Bean Paste. Each of these set are sold at RM138 with discount offered at 20% for a single purchase and up to 30% when you purchase 2 boxes and more. Maximum discounts are achieved as simple as enrolling as the Marriott Bonvoy members while following the social media handles of Sheraton Petaling Jaya. This lovely boxes are open for pre-order starting now until 10 August – and open for sale until 1 October.
