Ăn Viet @ Paradigm Mall: The Beefiest Pho You’d Love!

September 9, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

What is better than having to enjoy awesome pho from your favourite restaurant. Ăn Viet is always my family’s favourite and we are there at least twice a month. With the love of their food and the charitable heart of the owner Miss Caren Poon, there is no way that I am not going to support the lovely lady.

And this time, Ăn Viet brings you with their NEW version of Pho which definitely worth the try!  A must-try must-have is their signature and renowned new edition of Beefiest Phở  You’d Love.  Touted to be so beefy you’d be over the moon, there’s 3 options to choose from:  Vietnamese Beef Noodle Special comprise of handmade 100% pure beef ball, beef brisket, premium raw ribeye beef, tendon, honeycomb tripe and of course, the full flavoured super beefy soup; Vietnamese Raw Beef & Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and Vietnamese Raw Beef & Beef Ball Noodle Soup.

We had the Vietnamese Beef Noodles Special which comes with their premium raw ribeye beef, beef brisket, honeycomb tribe, tendon and their handmade 100% beef ball. Each of them comes awesomely good with the juicy meat where the beef balls come bouncy and chewy too!

One can try their Ăn Viet Tasting Platter or you can order ala-carte appetizers to paired with your main dishes. You can enjoy the Fresh Spring Rolls, Fried Spring Rolls, Rice Paper with Green Mango Salad and their signature Sugar Cane Prawn. It is such a perfect dish to go along with the mains.

Ends your meal with their signature Vietffogato where it is the Vietnamese version of Affogato. Using the coconut ice cream, coconut cream and Vietnamese coffee combination, the Vietffogato brings you with an umph! I am loving the fragrant coffee blend which is well paired with the coconut ice cream.

From now till 15th September, Ăn Viet is offering for non-subscribers 10% discount for one Beefiest Phở  ordered, 2 orders will enjoy 15% and 25% for 3 orders.   Not a member yet?  Sign up today and enjoy move savings…20% for one order of Beefiest Phở , 30% for 2 orders and 50% for 3 orders.

And now why not you visit their outlet in Paradigm Mall, The Gardens, Sunway Pyramid and Gurney Plaza for some Vietnamese Sensation at anytime.
