Ippudo Ramen is one of the famous ramen in Japan! Established back in 1985 from Fukuoka City, Ippudo is now having many outlet around the world such as Malaysia, Thailand, China , Singapore and more. Ippudo Ramen had not disappoint me and this time we are back again for our ramen craving at their outlet in Sunway Pyramid.

Located at the Blue Atrium, Ippudo Ramen brings you back with the beautiful interior with the wooden table. It is beautifully decorated with their bowls which captured my attention,

 Aka Shoyu Ramen

And this time, we tried their newly released ramen which is the Aka Shoyu Ramen, The Aka Shoyu Ramen comes with the light and flavourful chicken shoyu broth with the chili oil and served together with the assorted vegetables, grilled pork belly , bamboo shoot and onsen tamago. They comes with some kick of spiciness and they are indeed addictive.

 Kuro Shoyi Ramen

Asides the Kuro Shoyi Ramen are served with the light and flavourful chicken shoyu broth with the dark soy sauce with it. It is topped with the assorted vegetables, grilled pork belly, bamboo shoots and the onsen tamago with it. Deliciously done!

One can now enjoy Ippudo’s original Tonkatsu broth which is enhanced with their special blended miso paste and fragrant garlic oil. It is served together with the thin noodles, pork loin, and pork belly, salted soft-boiled egg, kikurage, seaweed, bean sprouts, and spring onion.

Wagyu Beef Bun  (RM 19)

Another must try is the Wagyu Beef Bun. One can enjoy the delicious and yet juicy wagyu beef patty which is specially marinated in a special sauce and then served with the lettuce and cheese in steamed bun. Each mouthful comes with the melts in the mouth wagyu sensation. Yummz!

Hakata Chashu Rice (RM 15)
