Lean & Rush @ Nu Sentral Kuala Lumpur

June 18, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Lean & Rush is one of the restaurants that is worth to visit offers a menu of healthy eats, and wholesome sandwiches. Located at Nu Sentral, Lean & Rush offers you with the wide variety of healthy dining which definitely makes you coming back for more.

The restaurant completes with the cosy ambiance where one can have the choice to sit at the outdoor or indoor.

Choose your choice of ingredients at their counter where one can enjoy their favorite handpicked or even from the menu. As we understand, the ingredients are freshly prepared daily to ensure that the quality and the freshness of the food.

And this time, we enjoyed some of their Signature Bowl where you can have them done with your own choice or ordered from their menu.

Smoked Salmon Bowl (RM 19.90)

The Smoked Salmon Bowl is something worth to go for where one can enjoy the awesomely prepared smoked salmon that is served with the chunky salmon slices and toppings. I really enjoyed the dish so much where they are packed with all the goodness in one bowl where I can have the healthy bites of freshly prepared vegetables on top that give me a crunchy and nutritious bites.  It is then being served  with the awesome creamy wasabi sauce and roasted sesame dressing.

Vegelicious Bowl (RM 13.90)

One can also enjoy the lovely vegelicious bowl as they served with the grilled mushrooms, sides, and toppings. They are served with the Honey Balsamic and Roasted Sesame Dressing. The dish it such an indulgence where they are not just healthy but the taste is awesomely good.

Smoked Duck Croissants

Asides, from that, one can enjoy the croissants. The croissants are absolutely huge and portions are pretty generous. One can enjoy their delicious croissants which is packed with the chunky smoked duck in it and the scrumptious fresh vegetables. It is superbly good and indeed a filling meal to go for.

One also can enjoy some coffee or even some soothing fresh juice to go with it.

Asides from that, Lean & Rush do offers 6 types of kombucha drinks to choose for. For those who are looking some healthy bites, Lean & Rush is definitely a place to visit.  Not just that, you can order their food via food delivery platform such as BeepIt Via “order food” button on IG profile.

And during this hard time, they do offer great promotions where you can have your meal together with a cup of coffee. And they comes with “Pay Any Price for Coffee” promotion which is really worthwhile too.
