February 5, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Discover modern Asian cocktails as concubine KL takes over SkyBar this Chap Goh Mei on
8 February 2020 featuring DJ Nightkid and DJ KC. Concubine is inspired by the figures of a select group of women whose actions, allure and even abduction, played a pivotal role in the Chinese empire in their day. Located in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur’s rejuvenated Chinatown, witnessing endless mahjong nights.

Guest Mixologist:

Danny Winter is a 15-year veteran of the F&B industry. He was born and raised in Hull, England, the place where he honed his craft working at bars such as the legendary Lab in soho before he decides to travel the world, seeking for new experiences and explore different cultures and flavors.

Hence, during the journey, Danny has worked for several cocktail bars in countries such as Holland, New Zealand and Dubai before establishing himself in Malaysia. The England born likes to experiment with local flavors and it shows in his concoctions, using the vast array of indigenous herbs and spices available to create signature drinks with his own personal twist. Danny has also represented the UK in the 42 below “Cocktail World Cup” held in Wellington, New Zealand.

SkyBar is located on level 33 at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. We offer guests cool drinks and intoxicating views in very chic and cosmopolitan atmosphere SkyBar’s contemporary setting provoked in guest an instant and irresistible desire to just chill out.

At SkyBar guests can gaze at the glow from illuminated towering twin wonders of Petronas while listening to “straight chill” and upbeat music. Experience the award-winning SkyBar, named “Best Malaysia Bar” in the 2007 edition of the prestigious Malaysia Tatler Society as well as being voted by the readers of Expatriate Lifestyle as “Best Bar in Malaysia” and “Best Hotel Bar” in the Best of Malaysia awards for three consecutive years, for yourself.
