ChuanXi Bazi release their new soup base !

January 6, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Fans of mala and Si Chuan Delights, it is time to visit ChuanXiBaZi. The restaurant which is famed for its hotpot had brought you more than just the mala hotpot. Recently, the famous Chengdu hotpot restaurant in Sunway Velocity has offered you with their new soup based which is the Imperial Fish Maw Broth.

For those who are not aware, the Imperial Fish Maw Broth soup base is a nutritious soup which is specially created for those who loves to have healthy foods. It was also claimed to be able to produce glow in the skins that who consume it. We have tried them recently and the taste is really good and filled with the collagen in it.

And now, they have also improved on their hotpot where one can have the dual flavored hotpot. And we definitely recommend you to go for their mala and also the newly launched Imperial Fish Maw Soup together.

One can order a wide variety of ingredients to pair with the hotpot and you will definitely be satisfied with them for sure. Some of their choices to go for is of course their premium cut of pork meat which is thinly cut and fresh.

Asides from their pork, do order some of their homemade balls too.  And this time, they comes up with the deliciously prepared pork-licious delights. One can enoy the awesome choices of meat balls which includes the Mushroom with Fish Paste, Toman Fish, Signature Fish Balls and many more.

You can also enjoy the variety of their selections of meat and their chef recommendation ingredients to go with the hotpot. This includes the Signature Crunchy Beef Tripe, Beef Tripe, Signature Tender Beef, “Chopstick” Pork, Beef Paste, and many more.

So for those who are looking for some hearty Si Chuan Hotpot, Chuan Xi Bazi is of course the place to go.
