Spices @ Furama Bukit Bintang Extends its Seafood Mania to Flaming Style

For those who are a big fans of seafood, you can go to the Spices’ Seafood Mania now. The Spices’ Seafood Mania has been an all-time favourite for all diners. And this time, Executive Chef Salsabil and his team of experienced chefs have decided to up the game by serving it flaming style.


 Further to this, the Executive Chef Salsabil himself went to the market select the best produce for the bbq spread. To ensure quality selection of meals, they have visited numerous wet market and wholesale market near and far to survey and bring about a generous selection of seafood to the table.

The buffet completes with great selections where one can enjoy the wide variety of meat such as chicken, lamb and beef. And in here, one can enjoy the freshly cooked food as it is grilled fresh on the spot .

While waiting for the seafood and meat to be grilled, guests can help themselves to a delightful variety of appetizers and salad, soup, fried rice, vegetables, local fruits, local and western cakes, chilled beverages and hot beverages.

The buffet is priced affordably at RM65+ per person, served every Friday and Satuday. Spices @ Furama is located on level 3 next to the swimming pool. Outdoor poolside seating is available upon request for those who love the serene evening ambiance. For dining inquiries or reservations, please call 03 2788 8983.

The existing Seafood Mania is served during lunch time as part of Spices’ Lunch with a Punch menu, where diners enjoy a semi buffet with 5 main courses to choose from. Further to Seafood Mania, there is Grilled Chicken Chop, Mee Goreng Mamak, Chicken Indian Tiffin, and Spaghetti Carbonara.
