Giant Mud Crab & French Crab at Chynna, Hilton Kuala Lumpur

For those who are a big fans of crab, you can now visit Chynna, Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s premier Chinese restaurant.  From now till 30 November 2019  Hilton KL is extending its crab promotion.

And this time, they will be serving two crustacean varieties, giant mud crabs and French crabs, the promotion highlights various cooking methods for the well-loved ingredient.

And now one can enjoy the best from the chef where one can enjoy the cooking with the various accompaniments for the versatile crustacean. One can enjoy the French Crab (RM 28/100 grams)  where you can have the delicious juicy meat crab cooked with the choice of Steamed with egg white sauce, Cooked with Kam Heong / salted egg / black pepper sauce, Boiled in an aromatic herbal broth or even Deep-fried with cumin and curry spices.  And now, you can choose your choice of spices with aromatic blend and with the juicy bites. Yummz.

You can choose to have Giant Mud Crab as well. One can have them cooked with the choice of wok-smoked, cooked with Kam Heong / butter and milk / salted egg / cheese butter / black pepper / chilli sauce and the Signature durian cream sauce.

The limited-time promotion is available for lunch and dinner at RM28/100grams for the French crabs and RM33/100gram for the giant mud crabs. Affiliate credit card holders enjoy 20% off, while Hilton Dining APAC members enjoy 25% off.
