PEKING DUCK PERFECTION AT ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT ONE WORLD HOTEL, PETALING JAYA

August 20, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

Since its opening in 2007, Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant has become synonymous with great dining in Petaling Jaya, whether for business, celebrations or simply to enjoy delicious Chinese meal.
Peking duck is its signature dish alongside a wide range of Cantonese dishes, from stir-fries to braises. For the month of September, the whole duck is served as part of a two-course set, in which no part of the duck goes to waste.
The first course is served in the manner Peking duck is most well-known for – thin and beautifully crisp slices of skin served in a steamed pancake wrap with julienned cucumber and spring onion, brushed with sweet Hoisin sauce.
For the second course, diners are given five options on how they like their duck meat done. Have it as it is and drizzled with Black Truffle Oil or Wok Fried it with Salted Cabbage and Black Bean Sauce. Alternatively, opt for it to be Wok Fried with Assorted Vegetables, Stewed with Yam in Brown Bean Sauce or Stir Fried and served in Pie Tee Shells.
Peking Duck is a dish that has been served for more than 600 years and dates back to the Qing dynasty. Savouring it is an enjoyable experience as there is so much flavour in one bite! Priced at RM110.00nett, it is available for lunch and dinner. For reservations and further enquiries such as discount or promotions, please call 603 – 7681 1159 or email to [email protected] .
