Delicious Raya Menu @ Grand Ion Delemen Hotel

June 3, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who are big fans of good food, pamper your tummy this raya at Kembali Kitchen, Grand Ion Delemen Hotel as it showcases its classic buffet spread with an international touch.

And this year, they brings you with over 50 mouth-watering traditional local Malay delights and international favourites. Among all, Ketupat Goreng Kampung is in the limelight of the spread. Unlike the traditional way of serving plain Ketupat with rendang and curries, Chef Sam has decided to give it a twist by stir-frying it with vegetables, egg, oyster sauce and freshly-grounded spice paste.

Those who are craving for seafood can opt for Seafood-On-Ice station which serves bountiful fresh tiger prawns, flower crab and green mussels, pairing with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.

Meanwhile, Baked Chicken Percik with Coconut and Turmeric Sauce at the Signature Carving Station isn’t something that you would ever want to miss.  Don’t miss out the smoky chicken and beef satay that are grilled to perfection, served with earthy peanut sauce.

In addition, the buffet features live cooking pasta station where diners can choose their preferred ingredients for the chef to cook up an appetizing dish. Other highlights include salad counter, aneka jeruk, aneka keropok and soup station.

End the meal at the dessert booth where there is a choice of fruits, western treats, traditional kuih and Bubur Jagung.
