“ Citarasa 6 Sekawan” Nightly Buffet @ Concorde KL

Melting Pot is another place that definitely will spoil  you with a wholesome buffet this Ramadhan.  With the theme “Citarasa 6 Sekawan”; one will definitely enjoy 160 dishes from traditional dishes like ikan bakar percik and beef rendang, to Indian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese cuisine.  This incredible spread will definitely be spoiled you with choices.

Starts of your Ramadhan here with te Pembuka Selera where you will definitely have the Kerabu Taugeh, Kacang Panjang, Kerabu Paru, Jelatah Timun Nenas, Kerabu Hato Ayam, Kacang Botol Kelapa Parut, Ikan Masin-Sepat Bulu Ayam, Perkasam, Aneka Ulam, and many more.  There is also rojak buah, ulam ulaman Kampung, Ulum Raja,Kacang, Samba Kicap and many more.

Never miss out the variety of Hot Soup where you can have the Sup Gearbox, Sup Tulang Rawan, Sup Ekor Lembu, Seafood Tomyam and the Bubur Lambuk Ayam.

As for the mains, the spread goes up to Siput Sedut Masak Lemak Daun Kunyit, Ikan Bawal Masak Kicap Berempah, Gulai Ikan Masak Lemak Gulai, Sayur Kapau, Daging Kering Balado Merah, Sambal Kentang Ikan Bilis Tempe, Red Curry Beef with Fruits, Thai Fish Cake, Lamb Varuval, Vegetable Dalca, Braised Mushroom with Seafood, Kambing Panggang Bersama Sos Dadih Pudina, Wok-fried Mixed Vegetable with Oyster Suace and many more.

They will also Live Cooking Area where one can have this awesome choice which includes Goreng- Goreng Station from Ketam Goreng, Ikan Goreng, Udang Goreng, Burung Puyuh Goreng, Cucur Udang, Goreng Pisang and many more.

Never miss out the Pemanis Mulut where they have the ala- Minute  Onde Onde & Apam Balik, Kuih Tepung Talam, Kuih Sago, Kuih Bingka Ubi, Kuih Kole Kacang, Pengat Durian, Bahulu, Ddol, Wajik, Kaswi, Indonesia Layer Cake and many more.


And there is three (3) different buffet menus on daily rotation.

Early Bird 6-10  May & 2-4 June : RM 118 nett per person

For Corporates and group bookings, Ballroom will be available on 20-24 & 27-31 May. Buffet will be priced at RM98 nett per person.
