The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur is pleased to present its Festive Feast in conjunction with the fasting month. The chefs at The Cobalt Room will be cooking up a stellar showcase of signature dishes representative of the 13 states in Malaysia and in addition to that, Middle Eastern specialities.
And this year, their  culinary team will showcase their skills in the form of an exquisite buffet experience, taking guests on a gastronomic journey through colourful Malaysia. The palates will enjoy flavourful signature dishes from Perlis to Penang, Kelantan to Terengganu, Malacca to Johor and all the way east to Sabah and Sarawak.
Start off your meal with Ulam Raja, Ulam Pegaga, Daun Selon, Timun, Jering, Terung Pipit Rebus, Kacang Botol, Petai, kerabu kacang, Aneka Jeruk Buah-Buahan, Kerabu Kacang Botol Peranakan, Kerabu Daging, Kelantan Sambal Budu, Acar Jelatah, Kerabu Taugeh, Umai, Pecal Sotong dan Kangkung  and many more. Warm your tummy with their Arabian Lentil Soup, Sup Ayam dan Jagung “Chinese Style” (Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup) and also theSup Ekor (Oxtail Soup). The soup comes warm and filled with the aromatic and yet robust flavours.
Moving one, we enjoyed variety of the well-known dishes from each states such as Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri from Malacca, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak from Pahang, Laksa from Kedah, Nasi Kerabu from Terengganu, Penang Rojak and more. Don’t miss out their offerings from Sabah and Sarawak which includes their grilled seafood, Ayam Masak Berlada, Daging Masak Halia, Sotong Goreng Lada Hitam and many more.
As for desserts, one will definitely pampered with their Kek Lapis Sarawak, Talam Pandan Sabah, and Cik Mek Molek from Kelantan, Sago Gula Melaka from Melaka, Bubur Lambuk, Kuih Onde Onde, Kuih Koci, Ais Kachang and many more. Indeed a perfect way to conclude an evening of exceptional food and company.
