Beko Chopper – Classy and Convenient

Beko is one of the brands which is famed for their washing machine and also their fridge. Being that, they are also the number 1 brand in the European free-standing white goods market and the second largest home appliances brand in Europe (Dec, 2017). It has been the fastest growing major home appliances brand in the overall European market since 2000 and also the international home appliance brand of Arçelik and a Premium Partner of FC Barcelona.

And recently I have tried their chopper which comes with the power consumption of 400W with the 2 speed settings. It is complete with the stainless-steel chopping blade and the thermo resist bowl.

What I love is they comes with the huge 1 litre mixing bowl and they are glass. With this, I can do not need to separate a few rounds when I am doing my chopping for my ingredients and with the glass mixing bowl, the overall stability is there.

Last but not least, they come with microwave safe which is pretty good where I can easily making my dishes and cleaning them up as well. With the thermal resistance bowl, it is actually easily interchange between the temperature with no worries on breaking as well.

It comes simply easy where I can make my own Seredura easily in minutes.

Ingredients:
1. 150 g Marie Biscuit
2. 200 g of Whipping Cream
3.50g Sweeten Condensed Milk
4. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
1. Grind marie biscuit and since we do not have a grinder, we used our chopper to make grind the marie biscuits
2. In a cold bowl, whipped the whipping cream and then add in the vanila extract as well as the condensed milk.
3. Place the whipped cream into a medium piping bag and pipe them layer by layer. Top with the biscuit crumbs. Use a spoon to gently pressing the crumbs tight. Repeat layering the cream and crumbs
4. Keep chilled until u love to be served.
