Inspired by the romance in the air, Beans & Grapes’ Pastry Chef Lisa Qiu has prepared a series of Valentine’s Day-themed desserts, including praline chocolate cake with raspberry jelly and jasmine cream, red Fuji apple with vanilla cream, and mascarpone and espresso double cream heart cake. Available on 7-14 February, guests can express their love and affection not only to their loved one, but also to family and friends through these scrumptious treats.
