Lobster Gastronomy Menu At Cucina

January 22, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

Chef Andrea Delzanno presents a decadent Lobster Gastronomy Menu for the New Year, featuring fresh Boston lobster served in six Italian styles. The menu showcases the smooth flavours and subtle textures of lobster, one of the world’s most sought-after delicacies, from now until 10 March 2019.

Rich in protein and low in fat, lobster is a healthy alternative to meat and poultry, and its refined flavours are revered by gastronomes around the world.

To begin his culinary extravaganza, Chef Andrea has prepared an appetizer of Lobster Salad, Duck Liver Terrine, Smoked Mayo, Avocado and Mango Sauce (HK$348). An enticing twist on a traditional favourite, poached lobster is paired with duck liver terrine for a perfect complement between flavours and textures. The Seared Lobster with Slow Cooked Tayouran “Golden Egg”, Asparagus Puree and Truffle Caviar (HK$388) is also great appetizer choice, with its silken egg yolk cooked alongside the lobster’s sweetness and perfectly complementing the rich truffle caviar.

Baked Whole Boston Lobster Served with Risotto Mediterranean Style (HK$788) features lobster matched alongside classic velvety rice. Diners can also indulge in Homemade Tagliolini with Lobster, Cherry Tomatoes, Broccoli and Vanilla Oil (HK$438), an Italian favourite that combines fresh lobster with house-made tagliolini, all enhanced by the scent of vanilla oil.

Cucina invites you to indulge in its Lobster Gastronomy Menu, offered during lunch and dinner until 10 March 2019, set against a stunning Victoria Harbour backdrop.
