MAGICAL GET TOGETHER FEASTS AT SEDAP RESTAURANT

Usher in the festive vibes with family and friends at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Indulge in holiday-themed dinners and special menus prepared for a magical festive season, while taking in celebratory décor all around the hotel.

Sedap will be offering a Christmas inspired buffet that is bound to delight all celebrating in the city. The elaborate buffet features bountiful Christmas delights such as Roast Turkey cooked with Malaysian spices, grilled meats, ocean-fresh seafood and much more. Christmas sweet treats like the flambéed Baba au Rhum will fire up appetites for round two, while guests will have the pleasure of building their own Gingerbread House on Christmas Eve! Choose to welcome 2019 with a lavish New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet or pamper your palate with delectable comfort food on the morning of the New Year. Seasonal décor and Christmas Carols will add to the festivities.

Whether you’re preparing for a festive feast at home, or heading out to celebrate, your Christmas dining choices are seemingly never-ending this holiday season. We’ve got everything prepared for you. Just head over to Junction and take home a ready-made turkey that our chefs have seasoned with local flavours such as Percik, tandoori and more.The takeaway gourmet roasted turkey is priced from RM390 and will be available exclusively at Junction from 10 to 31 December 2018 from 10 am to 10 pm daily. Advance orders are advisable.

CHRISTMAS INSPIRED BUFFET

Countdown to Christmas at Sedap with diverse offerings this season, reflecting the festive celebration with a local twist. The Christmas Inspired Buffet will start on the 24th of December and include a glorious spread, from house crafted Christmas Roasted prime rib with baked potatoes and rosemary to a wide selection of caviar such as Pike, Salmon, Trout and Lungfish Roe, and Tobiko.

Be spoilt for choice at the Carving Station with tender and luscious Traditional Roasted Whole Turkey served with Cranberry-Orange Compote, Beet Chutney And A Cranberry-Mustard. Complete the spread with a magical display of Christmas sweet treats including the distinctive, the Brulee Chill Cheesecake and many more sweet treats!

CHRISTMAS BRUNCH
25 December 2018/ 12 noon – 3pm/ Sedap Restaurant
RM128 per adult
Spend a leisurely afternoon with Sedap’s family-friendly Christmas Brunch, featuring a Christmas marketplace where diners can enjoy their intimate celebration with delectable dishes. Highlights include Roast Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing and Cranberry sauce, Grilled Rib Eye, Striploin steak, Green Mussel, Seabass Fillet, Tiger Prawn and more.

Begin Christmas morning with your favorite Sunny-Side Up or Scrambled Egg. Other Christmas highlights include the Christmas Lollipop, for kids to start their Christmas with a sweet note.

NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER BUFFET
31 December 2018/ 6.30pm – 10pm/ Sedap Restaurant
RM168 per adult
Join us for the final soiree of the year and usher in 2018 over an extravagant New Year’s Eve spread. Our talented culinary team at Sedap has prepared a gourmet menu that will serve a wide selection of intercontinental and local cuisine. Indulge in a delicious selection of assorted decadent salad, braised beef brisket, steamed Garoupa Fish Fillet in superior soy sauce and golden garlic, festive desserts and many more.

NEW YEAR BRUNCH
1 January 2019/ 12 noon – 3pm/ Sedap Restaurant
RM128 per adult
If you have had enough of festive feasting, treat yourself to a lavish New Year brunch buffet at Sedap. Wake up to the smell of a plate of warm scrambled eggs or a cup freshly-brewed coffee post New Year’s Eve.

A variety of irresistible delicacies will put diners in good cheer; from scrumptious starters such as Fresh Oysters, Snow Crab, Yabbies’ On Ice, Italian Seafood Salad, Homemade Italian Pasta to Roasted Prime Rib with Baked Potatoes and Rosemary Jus and Roasted Lamb Leg.
