The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is spicing things up with a weekly buffet dining experience that celebrates the rich flavors of India. Executive Chef Manoj Rawat and his culinary team present a veritable feast every Friday evening in the tropical ambience of Ikan Beach Garden. A Taste of India is a festival of exotic dishes from different parts of the world’s most colorful nation. It promises to take guests on an uplifting journey that not only pleases the palate but also stimulates all the other senses.

Live cooking stations feature alongside a variety of fresh salads, hot dishes and specialties from an authentic tandoor oven. There are also traditional street food, classic stews from South India and a selection of flatbreads to scoop up every last bit of goodness. Standout items on the menu include an assortment of kebabs as well as plenty of vegetarian options. A generous dessert station laden with Indian puddings, cakes, sliced fruit and ice cream is also available to finish things off on a sweet note.  A Taste of India is priced at just IDR 420,000++ per person, every Friday starting November 2018 onwards.
