Celebrating Five Years of Clean, Green food and beverage selections from Australia.

September 1, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

This time around, one can now visit “ Tasty Australia” happening now at Isetan Foodmarket, Concourse Level, KLCC this August 30 – September 12, 2018.  And this is one of the annual event where one can actually shop for their Australian product all here.

And this year, marks the fifth year of “Tasty Australia” and is officiated by the Australian High Commissioner to Malaysia, His Excellency Andrew Goldezinowski.

As we know, Australian foods and beverages has becoming more popular among the locals and this have become one of the major food festival events for Isetan Malaysia. Some of the reasons behind includes customers making more conscious decisions on their food choices for their health and wellbeing as Australian produce remains one to the most preferred food source of choice because of its clean, green and safe environment being recognized as one of world’s best and safest food producing country.

“Tasty Australia” food festival highlights diverse, high quality gourmet GMO-free packaged goods and cold pressed juices, pro-biotic beverages to fresh produce from this season’s best fruits and vegetables to wagyu beef to chilled and frozen seafoods and including a vast selection of Australian premium wines.

For customers looking for an Aussie style meal, there is a pop-up Australian Restaurant and Bar presenting Australian prime cut meats – roasted whole lamb leg at the carving station and grassfed beef sirloin – to an all-time Aussie favourite, Blue Mountain salt and pepper squid. For lighter meals, there is a sausage bar cooking up prime meat, low fat sausages and hot dog-to-go.

Not just that, you can find Australian Snacks, Ice Creams and many more in the fair as well

In celebration of “Tasty Australia” fifth anniversary, customers will enjoy “big 5 delicious treats” – best priced items; gifts; value buy discounts; rebate vouchers redeemable for meals and the chance to win a 4-nights/5 days trip for two to Adelaide, South Australia sponsored by Tourism Australia.

For more details on “Tasty Australia” best buys, please visit TheModelCook Facebook page or get a copy of the Isetan August newsletter or email [email protected].
