Alaskan King Crab and Duck Liver Dinner Buffet and Acai Berry Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet at Cafe Marco

September 27, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

From now until 31 October 2018, experience the perfect pairing of two gastronomic indulgences at Cafe Marco’s Alaskan King Crab and Duck Liver Dinner Buffet. Smooth, savoury duck liver and the delicate sweetness of “the king of crabs” are highlighted in an array of chef-crafted dishes. At weekends, enjoy the fruity aroma and amazing health benefits of the super-berry from Brazil at Cafe Marco’s Acai Berry Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet.

Crab is an excellent source of protein and vitamins, and the chefs at Cafe Marco add other nutritious ingredients making many of the dishes ideal for health-conscious diners. Chilled Alaskan King Crab together with Snow Crab will be served each night during the promotion period at Cafe Marco. Creative cold and hot dishes with Alaskan king crab include Crab Meat and Crab Stick Pumpkin Salad, Crab Roe and Salmon Potato Salad and Crab Meat Mango and Papaya Salad. Crab Meat Lobster Pot Pie will also be freshly prepared every night. Rich-flavoured duck liver is another highlight of the dinner buffet – don’t miss the Pan-fried Duck Liver seared a la minute at the buffet counter. Dinner buffet guests can enjoy a complimentary free flow of soft drinks and selected beers.

Hailed as a superfood, acai berries are rich in antioxidants. Enjoy a healthy and indulgent afternoon at Cafe Marco with the Acai Berry Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet. Our talented Pastry Chef Patrick See has created a selection of delectable acai berry desserts. Highlights include the Acai Berry Cream Puff, Blueberry and Acai Berry Cheesecake and Chocolate and Acai Berry Tarts. Each guest may also enjoy a complimentary free flow of fruit juices during the afternoon tea buffet.

Kids Eat Free! Children aged 3-8 years are entitled to a complimentary lunch or dinner buffet*, while children aged 9-11 years can enjoy a 50% discount*.

* This offer is applicable to a minimum of two paying adult guests; Maximum two children can enjoy the offer per table; The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
