Yale Digital Door Lock: My Home Best Friend

August 26, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

There are loads of times that we often spend time purchasing the best for our homes but do you ever think about home security instead. We might spend over few hundred thousand in renovation, purchasing the best kitchen appliances, tv and gadgets but not their security system, locks or even change their door home locks.
But when I asked them WHY? The reason behind comes simple. I have spent too much on my home renovation and is just a lock.  But have you ever thought that what you put inside the house and if you don’t have a secure system; it is actually a waste of money if anything happens. I am staying in the condominium and though we have 3 level of security, we never knew what happens next. The thief can just rent a unit and they might break into your house anytime. And I had heard so many cases of this happening recently to many of my friend’s condominium.
As so, I always believe home security is one of the most important things to look at is the locks. And recently I had found out about the Yale Lock recently and they come with so much of features.

Since I am staying in a condominium, I can actually integrate my cards with my lift and carpark access cards together. And so I am taking one card to access all the floors.
And for this time, I had chosen 2 types of Yale Lock where one is for my home locks. One of them YDR30G where the lock is installed at my
grill gate. The features of the lock include:
✅Various Access
The Yale YDR30G has four access solutions like PIN-code, Card, Key override, Remote Control for your convenience.
✅One Time Verification Method
One time authentication to unlock Gatelock and Main door lock
✅Invisible Keypad
Keypad can be seen only when you touch the screen with your palm.
✅Operation Status Notification
Whenever any operation is made, the keypad informs you what is happened through different alignment of the numbers.
✅Automotic Locking
The Yale series automatically locks the door after checking it is properly closed. (Manual operation is also available).
✅Alarm (Break/Damage/Fire) 80dB alarm goes off if anyone attempts to damage the lock or force the door open.
✅Low Battery and Emergency Power
It warns in case of a low battery with alarm and LED. When the batteries are completely discharged, you can easily supply emergency power to
the lock with the standard 9V battery
And another will be for the wooden door. The wooden door lock is theYDR343- Digital Vertical Rim Lock. The features of the wooden door
lock include:
✅Advance Mode
Advance Mode can be used for professional and high secure management
✅Magic Mirror
a magic mirror function is applied, which the keypad number appears on the mirror as soon as a user touches the product. The user can check the rear through the Magic Mirror, so that security can be enhanced.
✅Safe Knob
Only if a user pushes the two safe buttons simultaneously affixed to the thumb-turn knob, the user can turn the thumb-turn knob. Its security is improved compared to normal knob.
 ✅Modern & Thin design
It is the Solid and thin design using digital keypad on a solid base.
✅High Temperature Alarm
When there’s fire, it detects the temperature of the inside. It only goes off an alarm but also releases the lock status automatically.
✅Remote Control (Optional)
You can use the Remote Control by installing the applicable remote control module. This option may not available depending on your country or local dealer.

And what I love about Yale Lock?

✅EASY: I love the security function of the lock and we can use access card which is easy especially you are bringing loads of things back and forth from home.
✅By using the remote, you can control and open the door for your family and friends without walking over. It is simply easy and convenient.
✅For those who are renting out their units or AirBNB, you can change the passwords after they had moved out and this will definitely enhance the security.
✅Not just that, with the key-less options, I do not need to worry if I lost my key or not. Even if I lost the card, I can just reset the passwords and strangers can’t access anymore.
✅Easy to change battery
The battery easily changes and it is not a very complicated system to use.
✅Easy Installation

For those who are using any doors, installation comes simply easy and it only take around an hour for installationFor more information about Yale , checkout their website .
