Ironing is always take lots of my time and it is always tiring after ironing a week of clothes. Everyone is telling me to purchase a heavy iron to make sure that your clothes will be more shinny and making sure that cloths can be iron beautifully. And now, I can say bye bye to heavy iron when I have this powerful steam iron from Philips.
This iron comes with a soft grip cork handle, an easy to re-fill 1.5L water tank. Comparing to traditional iron, it is much easier to handle as I do not need to do 2 times work by splashing some water to the clothes before ironing or even use the starch spray.
It is really easy to use, and the one temperature soleplate setting can be used on all fabric types so you won’t have to sort your fabrics or worry about accidentally scorching your delicates. I do not need to think to switch to different setting when I iron such as silk, cotton and more. One setting to do everything.
I have tried putting the iron on the cloths for 5 minutes and it did not cause any burning to the clothes. It comes with the auto shut off function. This is one of the function I love the most as we might be running arrads at sometime and forget to switch off the plug.
The steam generator is great and cuts down time spent ironing. With the steam produced which is up to 280 g steam boost, it actually helps to make the ironing easier. It did actually cut time I spend ironing by more than 30%.
Everything is great except for the tank is not removable. If it is removable; then it is perfect !
