Now Open: Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur Takes Centre Stage in City’s Famous Skyline

July 2, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Located within a glittering new skyscraper next to the Petronas Towers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur has opened its doors. Rising 65 storeys above the busy streets of the capital, the all-new Hotel is welcoming its first guests to dine, drink, shop, relax, entertain, meet and stay at Four Seasons, and for a select few, to call Four Seasons their new home.

For General Manager Tom Roelens and his team of dedicated service specialists, it’s the end of one long journey of preparation, and the start of a new one as they welcome their first guests. “As the Hotel has come to life, we have looked forward to the day when it would be filled with people – international travellers in the city for business or leisure, local guests in our restaurants and spa, and the many residents who are becoming part of the extended Four Seasons family here in Kuala Lumpur.”

Be among the first to experience the new Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur:
In celebration of its opening, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is extending an Introductory Offer featuring 15 percent savings on the regular room rate, as well as a variety of packages including the Stay Longer – Third Night Free offer, and the Incomparable Malaysia package, adding a stay at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi to the itinerary, with spending credits included in both destinations. Reservations may be made by calling +60 3 2382 8888 or booking online.

Welcome to Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur
Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle neighbourhood next to Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, the new building houses the Hotel with 209 guest rooms and suites, as well as serviced apartments for those guests looking for an extended stay, and Four Seasons Private Residences. Four Seasons Place is part of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, a 40 hectare (100 acre) complex with more upscale shopping, fine dining and vibrant nightlife next to a 20 hectare (50 acre) urban green park.

Acclaimed Four Seasons veteran and Executive Chef Junious Dickerson oversees the culinary program, with a half-dozen restaurants and lounges including the high-style Yun House for Cantonese specialities by Executive Chef Jimmy Wong, the chef showcase CurATE with its show kitchen, and Bar Trigona, a temple of modern cocktail culture with award-winning Head Bartender Ashish Sharma presiding.

Leisure facilities are highlighted by an outdoor pool oasis with private cabanas and adjacent bar and grill, and an eight treatment room spa offering a carefully designed menu inspired by Malaysian healing traditions and the latest global therapies. There’s also a large fitness centre to round out one’s healthy living routine.

Directly connected to the Hotel and residential tower is a retail podium, The Shoppes at Four Seasons Place, which includes a selection of luxury retail and dining outlets spread over six floors and highlighted by Decadent by Four Seasons for the ultimate in sweet treats and The Laundry Shoppe, a luxury laundry boutique.

Meetings, Special Events and Weddings at Four Seasons
Hosts and planners of meetings, special events and weddings have 1,821 square metres (19,016 square feet) of flexible, state-of-the-art event spaces to choose from, comprising two exquisitely designed ballrooms and four meeting rooms, with the assurance that the Hotel’s expert conference team is dedicated to bringing their client’s vision to life, and executing every event to perfection under the guidance of Director of Catering and Conference Services Kellie Ng.

Event planners and groups may call (+60) (03) 2026 5085 or email [email protected].

Living the Four Seasons Lifestyle
Four Seasons in Kuala Lumpur also invites those looking for longer term accommodations, or who simply want to enjoy the convenience and privacy of a luxury apartment in the city to “Call Us Home” and stay in one of 27 serviced apartments.
