Selera Aneka Rasa , a Celebration of Food, Culture and Tradition at The Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur

Break fast in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with the feast steeped in traditional flavours. Enjoy the diverse Asian delicacies at Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur throughout the month from 17 May to 14 June 2018.

 

As the sun sets, fuel up at Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur all-dining restaurant Serena Brasserie with the signature offerings such as beautifully cooked pit – roasted Thai Style Kibas, rich and luscious Lobster Laksa Sambal Udang Petai, aromatic Baked Seabass wrapped in Turmeric Leaf with the Sambal Kerisik, Robust concoction of Jitra Sup Utara served with the Roti Benggali and pan-toasted Roti Jon with Venison Meat and Melted Cheese.

Don’t miss out the wide choices of their kerabu and salads offerings in the buffet spread. Wide selection of kerabus such as mango kerabu, Ulam ulaman , and jeruk are also in their list. Not just that, they have wide choices of seafood in the ice where one can enjoy the fresh plump oysters, green lip mussels, sashimi counter with the assorted Maki and California Rolls.

Ends your meals with the  Signature dishes such as the Nasi Mandy, Bubur Lumbuk Pak Yusman, Gulai Kawah, Siput Sedut Masak Lemak, Assorted Lemang, Ketupat and Serunding, local desserts of assorted Malay Kuih, Pengat Pisang, Serawa Nangka and ABC stall with classic Chendol delights .

From 17 May  to 14 June, the Selera Aneka Ras Buffet is priced at :
Weekdays  (Mon – Fri) : Adult RM 178 nett / Child RM 59 nett ( 6-12 years old)
Weekends ( Sat – Sun ) : Adult RM 148 nett / Child RM 45 nett ( 6-12 years old)
*Children below 5 dine for free
