Palm Hill Café offers Iftar BBQ Buffet by the Garden, the perfect place to break fast with family and friends with great ambiance and a wholesome gastronomic experience, while being entertained by live musical performance.
This buffet is available from 17 May to 13 June 2018 from 7 p.m to 9:30 p.m. It is priced at RM140 nett per person and RM70 nett per child age between 6 to 12 years. Children age 5 and below dine for free. The Early Bird offer is at RM84 nett per person and available until 8 May 2018.
Our signature BBQ Action Stations feature Pakistan delicacies by Chef Zahid Mahmood, our Speciality Chef, who will prepare Charcoal-Grilled Lamb Shish Kebab, Lamb Minced Taka Tak, Grilled Chicken Malai Bhotti and the traditional Hunter Beef. Freshly prepared Nan Bread will also be available to compliment the grilled items. Chef Syamsul Kamal, our Western Chef will be preparing the International BBQ such as Marinated Grilled Whole Lamb, Grilled Beef Churassco, Grilled Cajun Tiger Prawn, Grilled Lamb Shoulder Cutlet and Chicken Shawarma.
Besides the variety of BBQ delicacies, Iftar BBQ Buffet by the Garden also offers Malaysia alltime-favourites such as Ikan Patin Assam Nyonya, Otak-Otak, Chicken and Beef Satay, Gulai Kawah Rusuk Kambing, Sambal Udang Petai, Nangka Muda dan Ikan Bilis Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Bubur Lambuk, Rojak and Pasembor and the list goes on. Chef Steven Chew, from our Chinese kitchen will be preparing Zha Jiang Mien, a Taiwanese minced meat gravy with assorted noodles served with fresh vegetables and condiments at the live action noodle stall.
The “Santai Corner” will be the attraction after the sumptuous dinner where snacks and tit-bits such as Jagung Bakar, Kacang Rebus, Kacang Putih, Keledek Rebus and assorted local fruits are served.
Our special young guests get to treat themselves to the Kid’s Station that offers Deep Fried Chicken Nugget, Deep Fried Calamari, Deep Fried Potato Wedges and assorted sweets and candies.
