FEEL LIKE A QUEEN WITH THE ANNOUSHKA ROYAL-TEA BY MANDARIN ORIENTAL, HONG KONG

In partnership with Annoushka, the British fine jewellery brand founded by jewellery designer and entrepreneur Annoushka Ducas MBE, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong invites afternoon tea aficionados to sample the Annoushka Royal-tea for the entire month of May and June 2018. Inspired by the brand’s iconic Crown collection, guests who order the Annoushka afternoon tea will receive a gift to spend in the flagship boutique located on the hotel’s mezzanine floor.

Crown is an exquisite collection of five stacking rings, designed by Annoushka as a stunning symbol of feminine power and beautifully crafted in 18ct gold and diamond. To celebrate the collaboration, Executive Pastry Chef Yves Matthey has replicated Annoushka’s designs in pastry form. His three-tiered afternoon tea set features an assortment of the hotel’s signature desserts, including Mandarin Cheesecake, Cassis Macaron, Oolong and Jivara Chocolate Ganache Cake, Crown Biscuits, Strawberry Tart, and Lemon Cake. Savoury treats include a range of delicate sandwiches, as well as Coronation Chicken Vol-au-vent. And no afternoon tea would be complete without a selection of raisin and classic scones accompanied by the Mandarin Oriental’s famous rose petal jam and Devon clotted cream.

During the promotion, every guest who orders the Annoushka Royal-tea will be given a HKD2,000 voucher to put towards the Annoushka piece of their choice with a minimum HKD10,000 spend or above.

Available in the Clipper Lounge and at Café Causette on the hotel’s mezzanine floor, the Annoushka Royal-tea is priced at HKD 298* per person and is available from 2:30pm to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, and HKD 318* per person from 2:30pm to 4pm and from 4:30pm to 6pm on Saturdays and public holidays; and from 3:30pm to 6pm on Sundays.
