A Feast of Local Flavours the Majestic Way @ The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur

It is the time to re-unite and rekindle among friends and families at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur. And this time Majestic brings you with the Festive Variety and Festive Banquet Menu
With the two open kitchen concepts, Contango serves a wide variety of dishes freshly prepared to order where one can choose from Thai, Japanese to Western Grill and Italian, including a special focus on local Malay cuisine this month.
 Starts your buffet with the best of Malaysia’s nine Royal states at the Malay Dishes Counter for mouth-watering Rendang Ekor from   the northern region and the Udang Galah Masak Lemak Cili Padi Tempoyak from Negeri Sembilan. 
 Savour those goodies where one of the highlights is the Rendang Kambing that is braised in traditional spices and fluffy white rice  and fragrant Nasi Hujan Panas seasoned with local spices, turmeric and shallots. Other side dishes  such as Beef Soup, Fried Crabs and more will be introduced throughout the festive season. 
The Festive Variety Dinner at Contango will be held from 15 May to 14 June and is priced at RM145 nett per person.
Majestic Festive Banquet Dinner 
For those  who are looking for the Banquet Dinner Style, here you go with  more varieties of the classic Malay Recipes specially prepared by  Chef Zaidi and his team that promise a journey of culinary discovery and fond food memories when breaking the fast. Presenting to you our signature, Kambing Percik ala Chef Khairil at the kambing  golek counter served with rosemary sauce, mint sauce, asam dip and chilli soy dip. 
Don’t miss out their other dishes such as Acar Buah, Sambal Tempe, Pajeri Terung and Rojak Buah can also be found here. Not just that, don’t miss out the variety of desserts that is  going to tempt you till the fullest. Enjoy the variety of sweet delights from the Malay Kuih , chendol, and many more. 
Be sure to follow the alluring aroma of the authentic cuisine that fills the elegant Function Rooms at  Level 3 for the tantalising traditional delights. The Majestic Festive Banquet Dinner is priced at  RM125 nett per person.
