Three on Canton Presents Cowboy Steaks and Grill Extravaganza

March 14, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Saddle up! Three on Canton presents a Cowboy Steaks and Grill dinner buffet in March and April. Savour an array of cowboy favourites, ranging from juicy, tender beef to pasta and bean chili, for a hearty Wild West extravaganza.

Start off the cowboy extravaganza with an array of appetisers, including Cobb Salad, Cowboy Steak Salad with Ranch Dressing, Cowboy Couscous Salad, Cowboy Caviar and more.

Continue the savoury feast with jet fresh seafood on ice, including Boston Lobster, Crayfish, Prawns, Mussels, Sea Whelk, Snow Crab Leg and Bread Crab. Go for added flavour with accompaniments such as Thai chili sauce and cocktail sauce.

Delight your beef cravings with a lavish selection of savoury hot mains crafted by the talented chefs. Carving station is one of the highlights of the themed buffet. Chefs carefully selected the tender and juicy beefs, including Black Angus Tomahawk, Black Angus Prime Rib, Roasted Striploin and Flat Grilled Wagyu Beef to be served on rotation basis. Other must-try Cowboy dishes featuring Roasted Pork Loin Stuffed with Jalapeno Pepper and Cheese, Cowboy Chili and Beans, Cowboy Lasagna, Flank Steak Roll with Prosciutto and Mushroom and Braised Beef Brisket with Mushroom will be available nightly.

In addition to the beef highlights, diners can savour Three on Canton’s classic buffet favourites, such as freshly shucked oysters, Japanese sushi and soba, ‘live cooking’ noodles, authentic Indian curries, and regional Chinese dishes, including the signature Peking Duck. Save room for the selection of exquisite desserts and rich, velvety Mövenpick ice cream. Don’t miss the Cowboy themed desserts, such as Paleo Pie, Cowboy Cupcake and Chocolate crackers with Oreo and Pretzels, to indulge your sweet tooth.

Every Friday night during the promotion, one representative from each table will be granted for a chance to participate the Cowboy Chuck game to win complimentary buffet or dining vouchers. Special to our Facebook fans, join the ‘Cowboy Steaks and Grill Extravaganza Game’ from 9 to 15 March for another opportunity to win a complimentary Dinner Buffet for two persons at Three on Canton! Follow Gateway Hotel’s Facebook fanpage https://www.facebook.com/GatewayHongKong/ for more game details.
