Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel Presents ‘Gourmet Burger Temptation’ at the Lobby Lounge

March 19, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Good news for burger lovers! This Spring, the ‘Gourmet Burger Temptation’ is back to Lobby Lounge at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, offering nine types of juicy and delicious gourmet burgers, plus premium beers.

Diners looking for a classic American burger should try The Original Smiley, layered with succulent pure beef patties, egg, bacon, gherkin, melted cheese and fried onion rings. One bite and you’ll be hooked. Guests with a smaller appetite can opt for the The Mini Me Smiley.

The Double Decker Surf & Turf is another hearty must-try burger. Featuring both beef and fish patties, it is also stacked with fresh avocado, grapefruit and pineapple for a refreshing blend of flavours and textures. The Oktoberfest presents an authentic taste of Germany with a pure beef patty, sauerkraut, pickle, cheddar cheese and sweet mayonnaise inside a cumin bun.

Vegetarians are also deliciously catered for with the wholesome Veggie burger, highlighting fresh asparagus, grilled eggplant, portobello mushroom and cucumber. Other great choices include The Mexicano, Pork Chop, The Foie Gras and Louisiana Crab, and all burgers are served with crispy french fries.

Gourmet burgers and beers are a perfect pairing. Lobby Lounge offers 16 carefully selected premium beers from Hong Kong and around the world, including Draught Beer, Craft Beer, Bottle Beer and Gluten Free Beer to complete your burger experience.

‘Gourmet Burger Temptation’ is available daily from now until 30 April 2018 during the dinner period at the Lobby Lounge of Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel.
