Food Chemistry @ Subang Jaya

February 18, 2018 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review 1 Comment

There is always a great place to dine especially in the neighbourhood. Food Chemistry is the name of the restaurant where they had started their operation back in November 2017.

A brainchild of a mother and son ideas, the restaurant is created by themselves offering you with their comfort food of the family itself. The meals is created mainly a twist and chemistry within the western and Indian food where it suits the local markets here.

Nachos Macho
It is indeed a hearty snacks to go for where the Nachos are perfectly topped with the beef and chicken chili cone Carnage Tomato Salsa and the Guacomole. With the crispy bites of the nachos and a light spiciness, the dish is indeed addictively good.

Food Chemistry Special Burger
Have the awesome burger here where the burgers are served in generous portion  with the fries at the side and golden onion ring on the top. Served with the choice of beef or chicken, the burger is sandwiched with the bacon, mac n cheese, as well as the BBQ pull beef-chicken and caramelized onions on the butter toasted bun

Chicken Parmesanian
For me, I love the chicken parmesian where the al-dente pasta is perfectly cooked and topped with the generous portion of the Marinara Sauce Parmesan and the braised chicken.

Hawaian Loco Moco
Grab this uniquely prepared dish where they are topped with Beef or Chicken Patty and Fried Egg. Nicely done and simply delicious especially with the egg on top.
For those who are looking fr some uniquely comfort dishes, Food Chemistry is a place to go.
