Celebrate This Chinese New Year with Five Senses, Westin Kuala Lumpur

Welcome the year of the Dog with abundance of laughter and prosperity over a sumptuous feast at Five Sen5es, The Westin Kuala Lumpur’s authentic Chinese restaurant. And this Chinese New Year, you will be pampered with the delicious menu from the award winning Chinese Chef Cuisine Tan Tzaan Ling and his team. From 01 February to 02 March 2018, Five Sen5es presents three exquisite set menus, a selection of fresh Yee Sang and an enhanced festive à la carte menu, offering a mix of traditional and modern signature creations.

Pamper yourself with the Norwegian Fresh Salmon Yee Sang where they are packed with the chunks of fresh salmon meat as well as freshly cut vegetables. Love the crispy bites of the yee sang itself with sweet sauce specially made in house. Yee Sang can be enjoyed by dining in or to be taken away for celebrations in the comfort of your homes with loved ones. Prices start from RM68 nett per standard serving and are available from 01 February to 02 March, 2018.

Double Boiled Dried Scallop and Morrel with Baby Cabbage Soup
Enjoy the awesomely delicious soup where they are packed with the sweetness in it. The tummy warming soup just perfect for a rainy day. Love the pulpy scallops in it. Nicely done!

Braised Duck with Red Yeast Rice and Peanut (ala-carte) 
This is just awesome. This item caught our attention where you can enjoy the tender and juicy duck dish is prepared by braising the protein with the unique red yeast rice, ensuring diners a year of good health and beyond.



Honey Glazed Baked Black Cod Fish
Nothing beat a flaky moist Cod Fish which is a perfect indulgence. The delicious cod fish comes awesomely good where the fish remains on its sweetness as well.



Deep Fried Prawns with Hawthorn Sauce topped with Osmanthus 
Can’t help ourselves to grab more of this. The prawns are deep fried till golden brown and it is topped with the Hawthorn Sauce and Osmanthus with it. This is just addictively good and delicious where the prawns’ remains the freshness and it has the crispy munch with it.

Stewed White Baby Cabbage with Dried Scallop and Silvered garlic
The stewed white baby cabbage is  the crowd favourites of the night too. The sweetness from the white cabbage is well paired with the flavourful sauce with the dried scallops and silvered garlic that comes with it.

Fried Rice with Sesame Oil and Diced Chicken and Chop Young Ginger
Ends your meal with the delicious bowl of fried rice before welcoming yourself with some sweet delicacies.

Sweetened Chilled Pumpkin Cream with Black Glutinous Rice and Ice Cream
