Three on Canton at Gateway Hotel Presents Chocolate Sensations High Tea Set

 Craving some sweet indulgence? Treat yourself to the ‘Chocolate Sensations High Tea Set’ at Three on Canton. Delight in an alluring array of savouries and chocolate-themed sweet treats, accompanied by a Rosé brut cava or floral tea selection.

The three-tiered tea set features 11 chef-crafted chocolate delicacies. Refined desserts by our in-house pastry chefs include: Chocolate and Orange Panna Cotta, Dark Chocolate Mousse with Mixed Berries Tart, Chocolate Éclair, Milk Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry, White Chocolate Mousse with Almond Cake, Dark Chocolate Brownie and the teatime favourite Chocolate Chip and Butter Scone with Clotted Cream and Jam. Highlights are White Chocolate Mousse with Almond Cake and Dark Chocolate Brownie. Pastry chefs use 29% white chocolate and soft almond sponge cake to form the distinct layers. Topped with the crispy almonds, this provide you a double enjoyment. Another must-try dessert is Dark Chocolate Brownie, freshly baked by pastry chef daily, the fluffy chocolate cake is coated with a shiny layer of 65% dark chocolate sauce, making a real temptation to all chocolate lovers.

Petite savoury delights include Classic Mini Burger, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Roll, Toast with Foie Gras Mousse along with Mini Croissant with Egg Salad.
The ‘Chocolate Sensations High Tea Set’ will whisk you away for an afternoon of romantic indulgence. It can be enjoyed at Three on Canton or the Be on Canton alfresco terrace between 3:00pm and 5:00pm daily. Priced at HK$488* for two persons, the tea set comes with two glasses of Rosé Brut Cava, Bach, Penedes, Spain or two cups of floral tea.
