Highlights are White Chocolate Mousse with Almond Cake and Dark Chocolate Brownie. Pastry chefs use 29% white chocolate and soft almond sponge cake to form the distinct layers. Topped with the crispy almonds, this provide you a double enjoyment. Another must-try dessert is Dark Chocolate Brownie, freshly baked by pastry chef daily, the fluffy chocolate cake is coated with a shiny layer of 65% dark chocolate sauce, making a real temptation to all chocolate lovers.
