Celebrate Valentine’s Day in Unique Styles at The Excelsior, Hong Kong

The Excelsior, Hong Kong prepares unique ways of celebration for everyone this Valentine’s Day. Couples can enjoy a complimentary cooking class when booking ToTT’s Valentine’s Day dinner, or opt for an intimate Italian dinner in Cammino.



ToTT’s and Roof Terrace

Feast the eyes on the 180-degree Victoria Harbour view while savouring specially created six-course Valentine’s Day dinner at the top floor restaurant. The first ten couples to book Valentine’s Day six-course set dinner online can take part in an exclusive complimentary cooking class hosted by Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Chiu on 3 March and learn how to make his brand new item: White Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Pineapple Compote with Pistachio Sponge. Love birds can relax in front of the tranquil Hong Kong skyline and indulge in their handmade desserts, plus a plethora of other sweets prepared by ToTT’s, complemented by sparkling wine after the class. Guests can purchase this new cake at the cake counter in Café on the 1st afterwards if they cannot help sharing their happiness with others.

Featuring ½ Dozen French Oysters with Chamomile and Lemon Granite, Hiramasa Kingfish Carpaccio with Avocado, Grapefruit, Smoked Jelly and Baby Coriander, Grilled Wagyu Tenderloin with Wild French Mushrooms, Paris Mash, Black Truffle and Smoked Butter and Valrohna Chocolate Fondant with White Chocolate Ice-cream, the six-course menu is priced from HKD 1,088 per person and includes one glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne.

Cammino

The cosy Italian trattoria presents a scrumptious four-course dinner to lovers for intimate celebrations. Begin the night with Slow-cooked Lobster with Marinated Salmon, Caviar, and Orange Vinaigrette Dressing. Couples can choose from three main courses, Grilled Grain-fed Beef Tenderloin with Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Pan-fried Cod Fillet with French Beans, Anchovy, Capers, Kalamata Olives, Tomatoes, or Homemade Fettuccine with Slow-roasted Pigeon Breast, Deep-fried Pigeon Leg Stuffed with Foie Gras and Aged Port Cherry

Sauce. End the night with 70% Dark Chocolate Ganache with Raspberry Tart, Rose Petal, Strawberry Gel, Honey Raspberry Gel and Muscovado Ginger Ice-cream. The four-course dinner is priced from HKD788 per person, and includes a glass of sparkling wine.
