A Truly Malaysian Christmas at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Christmas is all about celebration and this year Makan Kitchen brings you with the scrumptious buffet spread that will definitely tempt you and your family till the fullest.  Start of your meals here from salad bar, chilled seafood on ice with condiments such as chilled flower crab, Chilled bamboo clams , Chilled lokan and Chilled sapak clams.

Not just that, enjoy the Christmas Live Station where they have a variety of choices of delights includes the pasta station, steam station (Seabass fish with Soy Sauce), Turkey Piccata with mushroom cream sauce, black pepper sauce and Pomodoro sauce, Satay bakar aneka and many more.  Don’t miss out their Cream of curried pumpkin seafood soup and Turkey meatball chowder as well in their Christmas Selection.

And the highlights of Makan Kitchen is the 5 Grand Roast Christmas carving station. Don’t miss out the Roasted leg of lamb with rosemary – masala rub, Curry rubbed Australia prime ribs roast, Roasted Norwegian salmon with tandoori spices, Chili and Cajun roasted whole turkey and the Honey glazed ham with caramelized Sarawakian Pineapple.

Other signatures includes their Indian Section where you can enjoy a variety of local Indian Cuisine from Tandoori, Naan  and many more. You can also enjoy the Murtabak ayam, Roti boom and Dhall tadka. Asides from that, they have wide variety choices of delights from Chinese Cuisine, Malay and many more.

Ends your meal of some sweets and desserts. Some delicious Christmas Delights includes Christmas Durian Yule log cake, Black Forest Terrine Cake, Classic fruit cake, Joyful Macaron X’mas Tree, Raspberry Pavlova, X’mas Stollen and many more.
