Sapore @ Ampang

November 8, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Affordable and delighting Spanish and Italian food, all here in Sapore. We visited them early of this year and till today the food quality remains as good as it is the last round we visited them.

And this time, they recommended us some of their signature which was 1.1 kg Dry-Aged T-Bone Grain-Feed with Sea Salt Fiorentina Style, Served with Potato and Rucola Salad (RM 238). The meat was simply juicy and filled with flavours. We were impressed with how they were done.
Antipasti Tagliere for Sharing (RM 88)
The beautifully presented platter that completes with the Chorinzo Pork Sausage, Salchichon Spanish Sausage, Parma Ham, Capocollo Salami, Porchetta Pork Roast, Rillettes, and pickled vegetables. The portion was generous and every item was fresh.
The Roasted suckling pig porchetta (Half : RM 198 / Full: RM 368) was one of the signatures and a must to try. If you had not tried them, you must where we really enjoyed them so much and the meat was juicy and skin was crackling crispy.
Pici Pasta was the new highlights of the new menu. The pasta was cooked al-dente and topped with the creamy based sauce. Uniquely delicious!
Vanilla Creme Brulee
Panna Cotta
Cake of the Day
As for desserts, we had the Vanilla Creme Brulee,Panna Cotta and Cake of the Day. The items were perfectly well prepared and everything was fresh. Not too sweet and suits my tastebuds.
