Scrumptious Lobster Feast at Café on M

September 7, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Revel in a scrumptious lobster feast at Café on M this September with an array of seasonal lobster delicacies during dinner buffet. Do not miss the baby lobsters quantity guessing contest between Mondays and Thursdays to win one complimentary dinner buffet on that night!

The dedicated culinary team of Café on M selected succulent lobsters in crafting a range of tantalizing delicacies to satisfy diners’ craving for the finest lobsters this September. Indulge in the jet-fresh Boston Lobster on ice to taste the natural sweetness and freshness from the sea. Boston lobster has always been famed for its luscious, sweet and tender texture which is superior to lobsters from other origins.

Awake your appetite by Lobster and Seafood Salad where you can sample the refreshing taste of lobster and a string of seafood including shrimp, squid and mussels. The sought-after Lobster Roll is simply irresistible in which perfectly-cooked lobster meat with mayo dressing is stuffed in a traditional buttered top-split roll, and lightly griddled on the outside for a golden, crispy crunch. Lobster aficionados should not miss Lobster Truffle Macaroni Cheese in Thermidor Style as cheese stuffed in this rich and decadent dish largely enhances the flavour of the succulent lobster. Other delectable hot dishes include Steamed Egg White and Lobster with Chinese Wine and Lobster and Seafood Fried Rice. Not-to-mention a host of tantalising all-time favourites, namely freshly-shucked oysters, assorted Japanese sashimi, oven-roasted suckling pig and many more, are unlimitedly served throughout the night.

The exciting baby lobsters quantity guessing contest between Mondays and Thursdays nights is another highlight. All diners are welcomed to guess the total numbers of baby lobsters displayed at the designated area, the closest guess of each night will be awarded one complimentary dinner buffet on that night!

Complete your extravagant lobster feast with much-loved Mövenpick ice cream and an array of tempting desserts including Coffee Éclair, Raspberry Confit and Mousse Tonka, Green Apple Hazelnut Mousse Cake, adding a perfect and sweet note.

Available from now to 30 September 2017.
For enquiries or reservations, please call Café on M at (852) 2731 2860.
