Hong Kong singer-song writer G.E.M. is currently engaged in her third solo world tour. Today, this Hong Kong’s pop sensation unveiled her restyled wax figure at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong with cheering fans.

G.E.M.’s figure is redressed in the opening look in red of her Queen of Hearts World Tour. Dressed in a red leather skirt features crystals from the Austrian jewellery brand with gradient long skirt, the restyled figure looks as classy as G.E.M. herself at the concert. To ensure the figure is redressed to perfection, the Madame Tussauds professional team consulted reference photos and videos from various angles and made restyled and updated on makeup and hairstyles. At the ceremony, G.E.M. wore a royal blue V-Neck dress to showcase two of her costumes at the concert. “This costume is very meaningful. I think the relationship between me and my figure is really close. Thanks Madame Tussauds Hong Kong decided to restyle my figure with this outfit. I wish my fans can always meet my wax double!” G.E.M. said.

At the ceremony, G.E.M. announced the cooperation with Madame Tussauds Hong Kong on charity work by presenting the signed Merlin’s Magic Wand T-shirt. “Merlin’s Magic Wand is a worldwide charitable organisation by Merlin Entertainments plc. It committed to provide magical experiences to disabled or disadvantaged children. We are on a mission to deliver happiness and famous fun. It is our great honour to cooperate with G.E.M. and wish her fans can support our campaign.” Jenny You, General Manager of Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, commented.

Debuted in 2008, G.E.M. launched her world-first wax figure at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong in 2014. In April 2017, G.E.M. announced to kick off another tour and the Hong Kong tour is scheduled on 15 -17 September 2017. Her figure will be displayed at Hong Kong Coliseum during the concert to share the happiness with G.E.M.

From 15 September to 17 September, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong 40% off discount coupon will be distributed at the Concert. Visitors who visit Madame Tussauds Hong Kong with the coupon from 15 September to 8 October 2017, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong will donate part of the proceeds of admission ticket to Hong Kong World Vision in the name of Merlin’s Magic Wand.
