Eatalia @ Desa Sri Hartamas: Truly Italian

August 2, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Located in the heart of Desa Sri Hartamas, stop by and sit down here in Eatalia where this Italian restaurant will be bringing you with a great tantalising Italian food. The restaurant comes simply cosy, great hospitality and wide Italian delights as well.
Previously know as Pizza Brava Restaurant, Eatalia had been in the market with 7 years experience and they are famed for their wood fire pizza and pasta. The menu comes simply extensive where one can almost get all the best of Italian here.
Caprese (RM 28)
The appetising salad served with buffalo mozzarella, cherry, tomatoes, basil and extra virgin oil. Deliciously done with the fragrant cheesy taste in it
Funghi Fritti (RM 16)
This is addictive. I can’t believe I am going for more and wanted to order another plate of this. Nothing will goes wrong with the deep fried button mushroom served with tartar sauce. Nicely done with the crispy bites and juicy meat.
Insalata Di Rucola (RM 22)
For those who are a big fans of salad, try the refreshing bites of Rocket salad with pear, Grana Padano and toasted nuts in lemon dressing. Nicely done with the appetizing and yet healthy bites.
Bruschetta Al Salmone (RM 18)

Burschetta Ai Funghi (RM 18)
Enjoy your Italian Style Bruschetta either with mushroom or with mushrooms. Simply well made and delicious. Both comes delicious but being a mushroom lover, I am pretty addicted to the Ai Funghi Brushetta.

Ravioli di Pesce (RM 33)
Have a bowl of ravioli here. Enjoy the moist texture ravioli that is perfectly cooked with the Squid ink  and sides with baby scallops, pink peppercorn and saffron cream sauce.
Ravioli di Carne (RM 28)
If you are not the Squid Ink Ravioli, try the Chicken ravioli which is served inwild mushroom cream sauce.
Spaghetti Cabonara Di Mare (RM 33)
We love how this creamy pasta is done. Perfectly cooked al-dente and served with fresh mixed seafood, cream sauce and Parmegamo.

Spaghetti Al Pesto (RM 22)
If you are not those who love creamy stuff, go for the al-pesto where they are served with basil pesto sauce topped with pine nuts. Topped another RM 8 for tiger prawn in your pasta.
 Bresaola (RM 28)
We are in love with their pizza for sure where their pizza are served thin crust and using the wood-fire to bake the pizza. These pizza are simply delicious with the fragrant blend of taste and served together with the tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, bresaola, rocket and toasted with truffle oil.

Verdure – Vegetarian (RM 21)
Asides from the usual pizza, enjoy their vegetarian style pizza as well where they are served with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and seasonal vegetables.

Risotto Al Nero Di Seppia (RM 33)
The Squid ink risotto served with squid is indeed addictively good and I am impressed with every bites of it.

 Stinco D’Agnello – Lamb Shank (RM 36)
Lamb lover should be impressed with their wood fired oven braised lamb shank in rosemary sauce and mashed potato. No gammy taste in it and with the tender juicy lamb.

Branzino Al Salsa Verde (RM 35)
Fish lover Pan-fried fillet of sea bass with pickles and capers sauce, served with mashed potatoes, baby spinach and almond. The meat comes simply flaky and juicy and I am indeed impressed with it. Nicely done with a touch of love in it.
Petti Di Pollo Alla Spinaci E Ricotta (RM 28)
Enjoy the Chicken Breast Stuffed with spinach & ricotta cheese served with mushroom cream and pumpkin mash. The chicken comes moist and juicy and it is indeed perfectly done.
Never left here without trying their desserts. They have quite a variety of desserts that you must go for. Have their Tiramisu which is one of the recommended desserts here.

 Tiramisu (RM 16)
Have your tiramisu here where the Ladyfingers cookies is being dipped coffee and layered with whipped mixture of egg yolks and mascarpone, flavor with liquor. Nicely done!
Crème Brulee (RM 13)
One of signature here as well, the crème brulee is indeed addictively good. The taste comes with the burnt cream rich custard base topped with a contrasting layer of hard caramel. Simply indulging
Tartufo (RM 10)
This is perfectly m love where the Vanilla and chocolate ice-cream with crushed almonds and chocolate powder.
Panna Cotta Con Fruitt di Bosco (RM 13)
Italian creamy pudding served with black and red berries compote.
If you are looking for  a decent restaurant for a good meal, be sure to visit eatalia to enjoy this awesome Italian Delights.
