Eat All U Can Dim Sum ONLY 88nett @ Shang Palace, Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur

If you are a dim sum lover, hop to one of the Malaysian most famous dim sum place here.  Shang Palace is now!, Shang Palace recently come out with their special promotion where you can have the unlimited dim sum promotion at RM 88 nett per person every Friday and Saturday. This promotion is from 7 July till 26 August 2017

The extensive Dim Sum Delights menu features 13 varieties of steamed dim sum such as fresh shrimp dumpling, chicken dumpling with fresh scallops, fish balls with garden greens, fresh scallop and mushroom dumpling, glutinous rice with chicken and mushroom, beef balls, chicken claws with spicy Szechuan chilli sauce, chicken wings with black bean sauce, steamed barbecue chicken buns, salted egg custard cream buns, vegetarian yam cake, bean curd rolls with assorted vegetables and chicken porridge.

 

And for those who are looking for the deep – fried and baked dim sum, go for the variety of  crunchy bites here. Help yourself with the  deep-fried and baked dim sum selection consists of spring rolls with vegetables, fish balls, mashed yam dumplings with minced chicken meat, baked barbecue chicken pastries, pan-fried Cantonese radish cakes, “Hakka’ stuffed bean curd with chicken and prawn filling, fish cakes with prawn paste, prawn dumplings served with mayonnaise, prawn balls coated with cornflakes, wok-fried radish cakes, sesame prawn rolls, baked mini egg tarts and sesame balls.

The rice flour rolls are prepared in four styles which are steamed flour rolls with shrimp, steamed flour rolls with vegetarian filling, steamed flour rolls with minced barbecue chicken and Chinese parsley and pan-fried flour rolls with dried shrimps and supreme spicy sauce.

More to go for includes their signature noodles where you can have the stewed Hong Kong noodles with minced prawns and vegetables, wok-fried rice noodles with shredded roasted duck, chicken and mushrooms as well as Yong Chow fried rice. Fresh greens such as ‘kai lan’, ‘choy sum’, broccoli, braised bean curd with vegetables and wok-fried bitter gourd are also available.

Conclude your dim sum experience with eight varieties of desserts such as chilled lemongrass jelly with lime sorbet, chilled mango pudding, red bean cream with lotus seeds, chilled Chinese herbal jelly, homemade sweet bean curd, black sesame seed dumplings in ginger soup, chilled mango puree with sago and pomelo and chilled water chestnut cakes with osmanthus.
