Timbre @ The Row

May 24, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Opening back a year ago, Timbre is famed for their  live music restaurants in Singapore. Rocking up their first restaurant in Malaysia at The Row,  they welcomes local performance to the stage from Wednesday to Saturdays.
Asides from a great venue to enjoy some gig from the local talents, you can find a variety of delicious food here too.
Cumin Marinated Seared Chicken & Mango Salad (RM 20)
Enjoy the delicious salad  where they are served with the chopped meslun tossed with the tangy Thai dressing , chick peas, seared chicken skin and honey mango. I am impressed with the salad as it brings you with the tender-licious chicken and refreshing taste.
Chili, Cilantro & Coconut Cream Mussels (RM 27)
Enjoy the bowl of delicious black shell mussels which is cooked in spicy coconut cream, served with toasted Ciabatta. The mussels comes simply fresh and brings you with the robust flavours.

Spicy Spaghetti Vongole (Regular) (RM 22)
Cooked al-dente, the spaghetti is topped with the curry leaves, shallots, garlic, chili-flakes, cilantro and mushroom. Topped with the crispy anchovies.  The dish comes simply flavourful.

Grilled Angus Beef Sirloin (250gms) (RM 54)
The beef is indeed well grilled till perfection. Deliciously cooked till perfection leaving you with the moist and juicy flavours in it.
Chocolate Fondant (RM 11)
Don’t miss out the delicious chocolate fondant which is served with the butter scoth sauce drizzled with the fresh berries. Love how this is done!
Lychee Mojito (RM 26)
Sakura (RM 24)
