THE LIBRARY PRESENTS ARGENTINE GASTRONOMIC WEEK CURATED BY GUEST CHEF PATRON DIEGO JACQUET

The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur and the Embassy of Argentina welcome yet another celebrated Guest Chef at The Library. In conjunction with the National Day of the Argentine Republic and in celebration of 50 years of diplomatic relations between Argentina and Malaysia, The Library will showcase the best of Argentine cuisine specially curated by Argentine Chef Patron Diego Jacquet who is  at London’s award-winning ZOILO, and boCHINche in Singapore, Diego began his career in Buenos Aires.
And this time, Chef Patron Diego will illustrate through a three-course menu, exquisite flavours representative of this South American nation. Argentina is world renowned for its love for beef and wine both of which will be prominently featured on the menu.  
Cangreyo Y Humita Nortena
Enjoy the awesomlicious toast where it is served with the crab on toast, humita, pickled radishes and coriander. Love the flavourful taste of it and the crispy bites of the toast. Nicely done!
Ojo de Bife
A must to try is of course Ojo De Bife where  the highlights is of course the Argentina Rib  Eyes and sides together with the  chips provenazal and chimichurri. The ribs are generous in portion and they comes simply juicy and tender. 
Torta De 3 Leches
Ends your meal with of course Chef’s Signature desserts where you can have the Tota De 3 Leches where we are served with the Milk Cajem Ciffee, Citrus Crumble and Passion fruit with it. They are indeed nicely done and the taste is simply refreshing.
